How to Redeem?

Visit our prizes catalogue to choose the prizes you wish to redeem with your Fun Points. You will need to fill in the prize code of the prize you wish to redeem.
Ensure you have sufficient Fun Points before submitting this redemption form. You can use multiple Fun Cards to redeem multiple prizes in 1 redemption form.
You will need to upload pictures of your Fun Cards showing the Points on the Fun Card. If you have more than one Fun Card, upload the pictures accordingly.

Note:

If the points on your Fun Cards are not fully redeemed, any amount remaining from the exchange of prizes will be forfeited.
We will send a confirmation email once we have verified your redemption form.
Once you have submitted the redemption form, you will receive an email directing you to pass your Fun Cards to the staff at the location you have chosen. You are required to fill in the drop-off confirmation form when you pass your Fun Cards to our staff.
Once we have verified the physical copy of your Fun Cards, we will mail the redemption prizes to the address you have indicated. Note that you will receive the prize in around 2-3 weeks’ time depending on the availability of the prizes.
The Fun Cards with the correct serial numbers must be presented and exchanged upon redemption. The prizes cannot be exchanged if the physical copies of the Fun Cards are not presented, damaged, with the wrong serial numbers or without serial numbers.
There are no expiry dates to the points on the Fun Cards.
The prize redemption is based on first come first served basis. You will be promptly informed if prizes you have selected are out of stock and reselections of prizes are allowed thereafter.

Terms & Conditions:

Fun Claw reserves the rights to change, modify or amend the points of each prize at its discretion.
Stolen or misplaced Fun Cards cannot be replaced even with proof of photos.
Prior appointment is required.
Strictly no exchanges or refunds after Fun Cards are exchanged for the prizes.
Warranty is not guaranteed by Fun Claw. Fun Claw is not liable for any warranty issues pertaining to the prizes.
Fun Claw reserves the rights to change, modify or amend the terms & conditions.
